Applications are invited from persons interested to fill the above-mentioned position. The incumbent will be appointed on a permanent basis. The position is based in Tembisa.

KEY OUTPUTS

  • Office management/management of the reception area.
  • Office administration.
  • Handling customers.
  • Processing documents.
  • Telephone etiquette.
  • Conduct the distribution of internal and external correspondence.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES)

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • 1-year working experience as a Receptionist/Typist.
  • Understanding and application of basic computer software packages.
  • Typing skills.
  • Ability to manage the reception area.

Salary: LEVEL 5 (R173,703.00) plus benefits per annum
