iContact is a Cape Town-based leading customer service BPO provider with specialist experience in the banking/financial services, insurance and medical, retail, telcos and hospitality sectors, both domestically and internationally.
This is a 12-month contract which offers up to R5 000 stipend. The learnership starts 3 May 2021.

You’ll be working in a call centre making calls left and right, so the phone definitely shouldn’t scare you. You’ll need to be a calm, composed, and excellent communicator over the phone.
As a bonus, since you’ll be working American hours, you get to wake up late and get chauffeured home.
Your hours will be from 14:00 until 00:00. They’ll even get you safe transport back home, all you need to do is get there on your own every day.
