Experience in reservations and hospitality. Excellent written and spoken English, Attention to detail. Excellent organization and time management. Basic IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Various online booking platforms such as Good inter-personal skills. Well presented and professional. Prior experience with Reservations systems. Basic command of Zulu. Experience in sales and marketing.

  • Managing the reservations for 2 lodges as well as reservations across collective lodges both via email and online reservation platforms
  • Promotion reservations within the group and into individual itineraries for both the individual traveller and the trade
  • Managing group reservations and itineraries
  • Maintaining the income schedule for the selective properties
  • Negotiating with guests to achieve revenue potential while keeping guests happy

The office will be based in Mtunzini, but in the current environment everyone is working from home. Would prefer that the consultant is willing to relocate to Mtunzini once able to operate from there.
