Your Responsibilities:
Logistics – Assist to manage logistic activities and relations between GSK, LSP’s and Customers
Customer Services – Assist in various tasks/interactions with customers, commercial activities etc.
Key responsibilities:
• Financial Analytics
• Expense Management
• Budgeting
• Back orders / stock on hand reporting
• OTIF (On Time In Full) reporting
• Stock replenishment
• Logistic activities such as, Inbound Freight, Customs Clearance
Complexity:
- Interactions with other functions
- Ability to prioritise and pay attention to details
Basic qualifications:
- Graduate in a field of Finance
- Microsoft Office Skills – especially Excel
Specialised Knowledge:
- Good records keeping and administrative skills
- Document control principles
