RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate an effective and efficient reception
- Operate an effective and efficient vehicle booking system for Central Office
- Issue, control and replenish petty cash for Central Office and assist with procurement
requests
- Process and control incoming and outgoing mail for Central Office
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
RECOMMENDATIONS
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- 1 to 2 years’ experience at a TVET College
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a procurement environment
• Relevant National Diploma / N6
